WiFi Static 5MP Camera Setup Instructions
Check your box for:
1 x WiFi Static 5MP Camera
2 x Antennas
1 x 3-Pin Plug Adapter
1 x Screw Pack (not pictured)
A. Carefully attach the two antennas to the camera and screw securely into place.
SD Card insertion (optional):
A. Remove the back access panel using the allen key provided in the screw pack.
B. Insert your SD card as shown below. The SD card should gently click into place.
C. Replace the access panel taking care to ensure it is securely fastened for moisture resistance.
Camera cables & connecting to power:
A. There are three cables coming out the back of the camera. Connect the 3-pin plug adapter to the power cable.
B. Insert the plug into a standard 240V mains socket to power on your camera.
Connecting your camera to the CamHipro App:
A. Use your mobile phone to access the App / Google Play store and download a free app called ‘CamHipro’.
B. Once downloaded, open CamHipro and give it full permissions.
C. Use your mobile to search for nearby WiFi networks.
D. Connect to WiFi network:
This connects your mobile to the localised WiFi network emitted from the WiFi Static Camera.
E. The following steps can now be used to connect your WiFi Static to the CamHipro app:
1. Select ‘Add Camera’
2. Select ‘IP Camera’
3. Select ‘Device in Use’
4. Select ‘Search nearby devices’
5. Select your camera from the device list
6. Select ‘Add to’
7. Name your camera and select ‘confirm’
8. Wait for 10-15 seconds for your camera to connect
Connect your WiFi Camera to your existing WiFi network:
A. Return to the CamHipro app home page.
B. Tap the settings cog shown in the bottom right-hand corner, circled below in red.
C. Use following steps to connect your WiFi Static Camera to your existing WiFi network:
1. Select 'wireless settings'
2. Select your existing WiFi network from the list
3. Enter your WiFi password and select ‘Apply’
Your WiFi Static Camera should now be connected to your existing WiFi network, and you’ll be able to view footage wherever you are using your mobile phone. Feel free to unplug your camera, mount it where you want to use it, and then reconnect to power.
