Information on dispatch and delivery times, how to track your order and our terms and conditions of purchase can be found below.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Cameras & Accessories

Delivery Time: Tracked delivery, 1 - 2 working days

Orders are dispatched next working day on an expected two day delivery service. If an order is placed on a Sunday, it will be dispatched Monday for expected delivery Tuesday.

Delivery during busy periods and delivery to remote locations, including the Western Isles, Orkney and Shetland may take longer.  

Farmstream Solar Kit and Farmstream Solar Kit bundle:

Delivery Time: Tracked delivery, 3 - 5 working days

Orders are dispatched in two working days on a 2-3 day delivery service with UPS. If an order is placed on a Sunday, it will be dispatched Tuesday for expected delivery Wednesday with UPS. 

Delivery during busy periods and delivery to remote locations, including the Western Isles, Orkney and Shetland may take longer.  

115W Solar Kit

Delivery Time: Tracked delivery, 7 - 10 working days

Orders for a 115W Solar Kit are made to order and dispatched from a reputable third party supplier. Time to dispatch is 5 - 7 working days and orders are sent on a tracked express delivery service.

Order Tracking

Cameras & Accessories

Farmstream cameras and accessories are sent via a tracked Royal Mail or tracking DPD delivery service depending on order size. A tracking reference can be located in your order confirmation email and once your order has been dispatched, this can be used to track the status of your delivery. 

Farmstream Solar Kit and Farmstream Solar Kit bundle:

Farmstream Solar Kit and Farmstream Camera & Solar Kit Bundles are sent via a tracked UPS delivery service. UPS can contact you directly via email or text, depending on your preference, to advise the day and time of delivery. 

115W Solar Kit

115W Solar Kit is sent via a reputable third party supplier and tracking details will be emailed and/or texted on the day of dispatch.

Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change delivery details, re-direct or cancel your order. If you have placed an order and believe there is an error with the address or wish to cancel the order, please do contact us as soon as possible and if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to intervene. However, there is no guarantee this will be possible as it will depend on the time the order was placed and the concern regarding the change to order was raised.

Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.

On arrival of your order, we do ask that you take responsibility in checking that the order is complete and undamaged. Please do take the time to inspect the contents of your order carefully for any signs of visible damage that may have incurred during transport. If any damages are noted then please do contact us by emailing info@farmstream.co.uk with an image attached highlighting the damaged area(s).

Refusing Delivery

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order then you will be subject to our return and refund policy, and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Unable to Deliver

If you are not at the delivery address to receive your order and have not requested for it to be left with a neighbour or in a safe space, then your order will be returned to the local delivery depot. An email will be sent to notify you of this and a new delivery attempt can be arranged. If this is not arranged within 7 works days, then the order will be returned to the sender. A return charge may be assigned and if this occurs then we reserve the right to ask you to cover the return charge in addition to a redelivery charge before we are able to re-dispatch the order to you.

Items out of stock

If the product(s) you have ordered are not available at the time of placing your order for any reason, you will be contacted by email or telephone within the same or next working day. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time and if this is not satisfactory you will have the right to cancel your order without any obligations and a full refund will be issued.
