eSIM Manual Update – Batch 2026.02

4G 360 units from batch 2026.02 require a one-time manual update. In this batch, the camera may not automatically detect whether it is using an eSIM or a physical SIM.

We believe this affects all 4G 360 units from batch 2026.02. If your camera has not come online within a few hours of setup, it may simply require this quick manual update.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Our manufacturing team is actively investigating the issue and working on a permanent software fix.
